Oregano

Country of Origin:  Turkey/Mexico

1 tsp. of Dried Oregano equals 1 tbsp. of Fresh Oregano

1 tsp. Dried Tarragon equals 3 tsp. Fresh Tarragon

Tarragon has a fiery, tangy, yet licorice flavor. Tarragon is often used in French and Hollandaise sauces. It is also used on chicken, eggs dishes and salads.

Country of Origin:  Hungary/Egypt

1 tsp. of Dried Parsley flakes equals 2 tsp. of Fresh Parsley. Use as a garnish or to add flavor in soups, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, eggs and chicken.
