Poppy Seed

Country of Origin:  Spain/Turkey/Australia/Netherlands/Czech Rep.

Usage: Toss with buttered noodles or rice.

Poppy seeds have a nut like flavor and are used in salads, desserts, muffins, bagels, breads, and main dishes.

Sesame Seed

Country of Origin:  India/Central America 

Sesame Seed is used for its rich nutty flavor that makes it a common ingredient in various cuisines. You can add Sugar 'N Spice Sesame Seeds to breads, cookies, cakes, salads and in some cultures it is sprinkled on sushi.

Rosemary, from the mint plant, with aromatic woody scent and slightly bitter flavor. Used in soups, stews, meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

Can be found in whole or ground form.
